Brian dumps Michael after meetin Justin/Justin buys a house

Looking for a specific stories:

1.Brian goes to NY and meets Justin. Justin doesn't know Brian already has a boyfriend (Michael) until Michael shows up at the hotel to surprise Brian. Brian breaks up with Michael to be with Justin.I believe there's a sequel.

2. Justin and Brian break up,get back together. Justin buys a house without Brian knowledge and Brian gets upset thinking Justin didn't want to live with him. I also think Hobbs is stalking Justin? I'm positive that Chris dyed his hair red. Maybe I'm confusing/combing some stories together

Could #2 be Rizabeau's Signed, Sealed and Delivered Trilogy. Halfway through the story Justin buys a house in Vermont, leaves Pittsburgh when he and Brian break up, there is an earlier part where Chris Hobbs is mentioned, could be taken as stalking. Here is the link to all her stories

Number 2 makes me think of a fic by Rhiannonhero; first part is "Into my arms", Brian and Justin have been apart for 10 years and Justin comes back to Pittsburgh with a little girl he fathered. Part 2 is "if you"re lost you can look", Justin buys a house and Brian freaks out thinking Justin doesn't want to commit with him.

I was just skimming this one as a possible yesterday while looking through the "b/j are stalked" tag :) I have a feeling it's not the one, only because I'm pretty sure Justin is too poor in those fics to buy a house. But it's always worth a read!

Then again lol, now that I see their edit, maybe OP was thinking at least partly of that one! Because I can't swear it was red but I remember a bit in Spring Fever about how Chris' mom was not fond of his new hair color :)

Yea. the red hair part was making me scratch my head a bit too. I remember him having red hair in a story, and I was pretty sure it was this one, but not positive. Was thinking of going back to read it though. :) I love her writing, so it would be enjoyable research. :)
