Justin ill in another city, Emmet knows but Brian doesn't

Hi evereyone,
I read a fic where Justin went in another city after being trown off the Kinney cliff, Philadelphia or Chicago probably, and became successfull.
He became ill with something serious, may be to the bones or nerves, and Emmet knew about it and visited often, but Brian doesn't but I seem to recall it's because he never asked.......
I'm sute that when you tell me the title I'll be like...OMG I KNEW IT.... but right now I absolutely need your help

It's not this, in this Justin basically goes away for school.
In the one I'm looking for he leave town to get away from Brian and starts a very successfull business, but he's ill with something affecting his nerves I think. He kept in touch with someone from the gang, I remember Emmett but can't remember if anyone other than him.
Brian get to know about him by accident, probably some years had passed from the last time he saw Justin.....

In the fic mentioned Justin has fibromyalgia which is pain from the nerve endings. it begins after the rage party when he leaves Babylon with Ethan but does not go with Ethan ( i hope that makes sense). Anyways, Justin goes to Craig saying he will go to Dartmouth. He goes and also starts his own successfull business.
It is a long and wonderful story. I'm pretty sure this is the fic you are referring to. Emmet goes to find out why Justin cancelled on a Gus visit and finds him sick with fibromyalgia.
