Joan stroke Justin is physical therapist

Hi guys,
I tried really hard to search for this story in the tags but couldn't find it anywhere. In the story Joan has a stroke and Brian takes her in, Justin is the physical therapist that comes to help her with rehabilitation. Joan is nice in the fic and schemes (I think with gus) to get Brian and Justin together.

Just remembered the fic this morning and really want to read it now, hope someone can help me :)

I knew I had read this one, but sometimes authors and titles don't stick in this 46 year old brain. I found it in the Joan tag halfway down the page. It's "Recovery" by faramirhaldir (trying this for the first time!)
