I don't think it was ever finished, and dphysh doesn't seem to be writing anymore. Possibly she took it down because it was still a WIP and unlikely to be completed.

ETA: It used to be at bjfic.net, so perhaps it's somewhere in the bjfic.net partial archive download (http://getithere.livejournal.com/tag/bjfic.net%20partial%20archive%20download), amongst a bunch of other stuff. Hopefully the dl links still work.
