FOUND: Long post-513 fic where Justin doesn't make it in New York and goes back to Pittsburgh

I'm looking for a a long post-513 fic where Justin doesn't make it in New York and goes back to Pittsburgh.

I don't remember a lot of details to narrow it down more, except that Justin took up a job drawing a cartoon character that he hated and that he felt a bit embarrassed asking Brian for help. It's a tad angsty, but has a happy ending.

I feel this is a reasonably well-known fic, too, but I haven't read in this fandom for years and going back in the first few pages of the post-513 tag, nothing's clicking for me.
