It's this crazy fic I read a while ago where Brian and Justin are on a cruise or something and they run into Brian's former Dom, who's a woman and then all off the sudden Cynthia is there and Justin gets her pregnant and it's just totally bananas but in a good way. LOL, that's exactly what I thought when I read this request. I was just about to answer that I was pretty sure it was a Starema story. I read it when I first came into the fandom a few years ago. :-D
