looking for story Justin adopts children who are HIV +

Hi everyone!  I'm looking for story I read a few years ago. The story line is Justin leaves Brian for Ethan, they move to Europe together. J/E relationship does not last long after that. Justin returns home with 2 children he adopted, who are HIV+ . Brian finds out Justin is back, and wants to get back together. Mel and Linds do not want Gus around Justin's kids.
I've looked for this story but can't it anywhere. I don't even know the authors name. If any can help, that would be great!
