Extreme Angst Without Extreme Sappiness...Possible?

Okay, I'm looking for fics, AU or otherwise, that has a lot of angst and moves fast (in other words, nothing that drags on and on; it can be long, but not boring). No death/dying fics, just some good B/J angst.

Important: No extreme OOC. I don't mind AU at all (including meeting differently, different ages, what ifs, etc), but I can't handle Brian calling Justin "baby" or anything like that.

Queer Theories by Gaedhal is very long and angst filled and I think it moves along quickly enough to not be boring. Also, her AU story Medium Security is fantastic (and very very AU) and has lots of angst. Have you read either of those?

I too would recommend Turning Points it is heart wrenchingly good. I might also suggest Timeless by Cynical21 it can be found on Midnight Whispers as well. It is angst filled but rather lengthy. I think it is very readable once you get past the first few chapters it is engrossing.

Testimony To Love (http://joolesbritin.livejournal.com/19980.html) by joolesbritin is full of angst, well written, and despite all appearances, it will meet your criteria. Any OOC is simply due to the circumstances forced upon the characters.

The author does not have 'tags' or 'memories' but the entries are pretty much in order in her journal. Keep in mind, if a chapter has two parts, the first part is above the second, but otherwise, the chapters go from the bottom of a page to the top. I looked on MW (for easier navigation) and although she has most of her other fics posted there, sadly this was not one of them.
