"Few do" scene in canon identification. Help needed

Hello.
I'm desperately trying to recall in which episode the following scene happened.
Brian is in the loft alone (with a bottle?)
A female character (Debbie or Lindz) comes in and says something like:
"I don't understand you, Brian"
Brian replies:
"Few do"
Please, help me to find this scene (What is the episode number?).

sounds like Debbie to me ... could it have been in _Season 1 after Michael's bd party? Hm.
Or it's the famous Season 3 scene when they end up smoking weed after Brian was fired. Could be either of those, but my cards would be on the second now.

Nope. I thought of them at the first place too. But it's not there... And I began to doubt, that's it's Debby. Now I feel more like it was Lindsey, or even Mel.
I'm quite at a loss right now. Don't know even which season...

It's in episode 16 of the second season, it takes place at the loft, Lindsay is mad at Brian for not wanting to celebrat Justin's Birthday:

"Brian: You forget something?
Lindsay: I don't understand you! [She yells over the music]
Brian: Few do.
Lindsay: It's obvious how much you love him. But you won't celebrate his birthday because you doesn't consider it an accomplishment. Isn't it an accomplishment that he's alive and well? Isn't that enough reason to celebrate?"
