For your 1) there's a story "Stepping Out of the Dark" by Ashleigh Kinnerson. Though it's slightly BSDM and OOC. It's very kinky but cute-fairy-tale-like characters and plot story.

mandagrammy's story "In The Shadow of the Pyramids" sorta fits your #1. Set in the 1920's Egypt, Justin is kidnapped by bandits and sold into slavery. Brian comes across the slave auction and buys Justin to rescue him. It's very well written and one of my favorites!

For this one you might want to consider CrazyFairy's Sunshine Series. I no longer have a link to her site but I uploaded all four parts of the series into a zipped file here on sendspace.

Brian rescues Justin in the backroom from an abusive boyfriend/owner and takes him home to live with him in the loft. It's pretty good series. There are 4 parts to the series each with about 20 chapters. Unfortunately the author did not finish the last 4 chapters of the 4th part of the series but enough is finished that you can read it and still feel fairly satisfied. I kept hoping she would finish it some day but I think she either lost her muse or interest. I wrote her about it several times and she just wasn't able to finish the story.

I was looking through my qaf fics and I have a list of Ethan Abuses Justin, Craig Abuses Justin, Michael [Mikey] abuses or tries to kill Justin, several with trick abuses Justin, Kip hires someone to kidnap and abuse Justin, Jack Kinney abuses Justin, Ben abuses Justin, Lindsay Abuses Justin, etc there are so many of these just pick a character and they probably have a story in which they abuse Justin. So Why is he always the one that gets abused? LOL. If you want any I'd have to get back to you this week after I either find the links for them or maybe just zip a file and upload them to sendspace.
