RESOLVED: When Did Horvath get Michael Out Of Jail - Before Or After Ian..Ethan?

Folks,
I appreciate your help and I hope it's okay to post this question here.  I'm writing a fic and I need to know when did Michael/Brian and the boys get arrested in the jeep.  Before or after Justin leaves with Ian...I mean Ethan?  I've been searching and I can't find it.

UPDATE:  Thanks to everyone who responded, the answer is 'before the chin rat/Ian/Ethan and can be found in episode 214.  I really appreciate your help!

It's before. The night of the arrest is the same night Justin narrowly avoids getting raped at the Sap's party.

Brian gets home the next morning and Justin tells him he quit dancing at Babylon. Then they have the "If the offer still stands" conversation, and the episode ends with Justin topping Brian.

Episode 214 I think without looking it up.

Totally 214! Most people remember that because it's the only time we see Brian letting Justin top him! Man, I wish that scene was a LOT longer! :D
