Through the Rain by Carly aka brandnewloser

Does anyone know if Carly's fic Through The Rain is complete or not? It seems like the kind of fic I wouldn't like to be left hanging on so I want to make sure it's complete before I start it...  I read the last couple of lines, but I can't really tell from them without knowing what's going on in the rest of the fic.

According to what was posted before, it is not finished. But galeandrandy said that it ends at a descent place.
