Hi again. :)
there is this fic that I read a long time ago that I need your help to find it.

Brian and Justin see each other for the first time on a cruise ship . Justin has a brain tumor but doesn't say anything to Brian. I think Brian finds out when he finds his medicines on his nightstand someday.

I'm looking for AU stories where Brian and Justin meet while one or both of them is/are vacationing. They start a relationship like that, meeting up regularly at the place where they met (or someplace else). Maybe they even keep the relationship a secret from their respective friends? But that's not a necessity.

Any stories like that out there? Couldn't find a tag.
