Brian/Justin AU (they met later and in a different way)

Help please! I’m looking for a fantastic story, that was a WIP when I read it quite while ago. It’s a Brian/Justin AU, and this is what I remember:
- Brian and Justin met while commuting from Pittsburgh to New York
- Brian owns Kinnetik, the Diner and Babylon and is teaching somewhere in NY
- Justin is already a known artist
- they share a hotel suite during a snowstorm
- when Justin can’t move into his newly renovated house/studio, Brian offers he can stay and paint at Britin
- Brian and Justin have quite hot pool sex (this I remember reeealy well)
Michael is jealous when the whole gang visits and he sees how comfortable Brian and Justin are with each other.

Wow, you guys can find about anything, can't you?^^

Well I have a problem^^
There is a scene of a story in my head and nothing more that could help finding the story.

Justin is standing one or two steps up a stairway and Brian at the bottom so that they are at the same hight.
They are in a liplock and Justin thinks something like "shit, I'm kissing my boss in front of my mother"
Oh and I believe it plays in Debbys House but I'm not sure^^

It's not much but I hope someone can help me there. I don't even remember if I liked that story^^

Would you beautiful people please rec me Brian/Justin pool!secks fic?

Should you know of multi-chapter fics that have scenes to fit that description, please link me the exact chapter, if possible - I'm just really desperate for reading pool!secks. (Did that come across?) :D

okay, here is what i'm looking for:

i think it was christmas and justin and brian where in the house of justins grandparents. the grandparent where okay with the fact that justin was gay.  i think there was also a scene where justins grandfather grills brian about his intensions.
jennifer was also in the fic (molly probaply too)
i think brian asked justin to marry him.

there was a scene with a car accident with two diffrent versions. in one justin wasn't waring his seatbelt an dies and in the other version he wears it and he is okay (i prefer the version when he isn't dieing)
anybody know what i'm talking about? i would like to read it again...

Post 513, monogamous/raw can't remember name...

Hey everyone,
Hope this tickles someone's memory. I am trying to find a fic I read like a year ago. What I remember was that it was post-513, they were living at Britin, and decided to be monogamous.

The specific details I remember were Ted was in a monogamous relationship and at some point Brian asked him pointblank if Ted had raw sex but refused to answer Ted's questions. Then Ted recommended using oil-based lube and said something about 'Justin would thank him for it'.They have sex in the pool and Justin worries about it clogging the filter. Any ideas what that was? I remember really liking it, but can't remember the author or title....

a gus fic

Hey was wondering if anyone could help me find this fic that's been bugging me. read it ages ago and I'm afraid the description will be very vague. I do know it was a future fic with gus as a teenager (possibly just graduated from school and Brian gave him a car but i may be mixing stories up). Brian is fabulously rich and Gus walks in on him and Justin having sex in the pool at one point. I also clearly remember Brian (towards the end of the fic) sort of telling gus off saying what an idiot he is and how brian lets alot of things go like when he never said a word but paid an insane amount of money to have the filter system in the pool replaced because three and a half bikinis were stuck in it from one of Gus' parties lol

I don't know if thats enough to go on but thanks in advance for any help :)
