I'm not sure if this qualifies. It's set post season three, but it's ten years in the future so technically it could be post-513. :) Brian and Justin are living together and Brian remains essentially Brian. It's LONG too, which I love. It's called Worth the Fight (http://lookingglass.lightgetsin.com/worththefight.html) and it's by lightgetsin.
