The 56th most common name

I've looked through a few pages here, because I know I've seen it here somewhere before but well...
I'm looking for a fic, there was i think "56th name" something like that in the title. It begins at a party, Justin didn't really want to be there if I remember well. He met Brian and afterwards he said his name is on a list of popular names, I think number 56 but I'm probably wrong...
Please help ;D
