Does anyone know of any stories that have the QaF characters in a story similar to Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray? It makes a bit of sense given Brian's obsession with youth and beauty.
I wouldn't want to read about a BAD Justin - even if he does reform at the end. Why not a good and innocent Justin, who doesn't realize his painting is the cause of his unnatural youthfulness and when he finally does find out - he uses his 'ability' at the end, to return Brian to his glorious youth so that they can live happily ever after. Ahem, I only talk a lot but can some prolific writer out there do the honors, thanks.
i think one of the biggest elements in such a story would be using the basis of the dorian gray storyline and then changing it enough that it's something entirely new - that, to me, would make it a worthwhile story to read and it would most likely involve going away from the destruction of dorian at the end.
