Michael steals from (or defrauds) Justin

Hoping someone can help me with locating a fic i read a while ago (at least i hope i'm not imagining it).  The key points that i think I remember are:

• Michael either steals from or defrauds justin and is found out.
• He is given a certain period of time in which to pay it back but spends that time complaining to everyone instead.
• Brian and Justin eventually go to the police to make a report.
• Michael is arrested and sets Debbie in protective mother mode onto Brian and Justin.
• Debbie is then informed that Michael din't try to work it out, ie asking for an extension or arranging a payment plan and calms down eventually.

Yep, I have a lot of WIP's so I work on them in turn.
