Justin has an older sister

I'm looking for a fic where Justin has an older sister named Alex. Brian overheard Justin talking to Alex on the phone and thought Justin was cheating on him again. Alex was in the hospital the same time Justin was. Alex is a lesbian and Craig threw her out when they were younger.

Does anyone know what this fic is?
