As you all know I'm not Queer Eyes' webmistress anymore (and I don't follow fandom stuff since QaF ended) but I know some of you are still very much into it, so maybe there's someone out there willing to help...

The lovely mwil298 - which is the actual Queer Eyes' webmistress just sent me this email:

Hi Gio,
My server fees are due in 27 days and I don't have it to pay it. I'm out of work right now, was laid off. Right now I don't have grocery money let alone extra for anything else. I've put a donation button on the queer eyes site asking for help from everyone that loves the site to help cover the fees along with a list of how much is needed for however many months. I hate to ask for donations but I really don't want to lose all my work and all of your work because if it gets closed then everything will be deleted. Could you possibly help spread the word about the situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you help? This is an archive that we cannot afford to lose! This is where a lot of us got our first icons, mood theme, and the best fics in fandom. Some of these authors can't be found elsewhere. Any help I'm sure would be appreciated!

ETA: Wow, you guys are amazing! Thanks to those who have donated so far, and those who linked to this from their journals. Let's make sure Queer Eyes is around for a long time!
