ethan commenting on justin's nickname

hey guys! i'm so in love with community because i can do just this...i'm looking for a fic that i read a while ago that was during the ethan/justin era and had brian coming over and calling justin sunshine. once he left, ethan asked why justin didnt find it offensive that brian gave him a nickname based on his hair. but then justin says its not about his hair and that ethan will only understand when he sees it (justins smile). i hope someone else remembers this. thanks so much!

I would just like to say that I feel horrible, because I know I've read this before (and recently) and I'm trying to go through, like, everything that looks remotely like Ethan!fic in my history, but I can't remember a general month I read it and I burned through quite a bit of ficcage recently.

I'm going to keep looking, but I honestly feel bad that I can't remember for crap where I read it or a title. I remember that it was a pretty nice layout that didn't damage my retinas. That's about it. D:

I did not. I went through my history, but as I'd said, I'd gone through quite a bit of fic in my initial reacquaintance with the fandom. I went through rec sites I'd used and Googled every detail I could remember (using Boolean operators and everything), but no dice.

At this point, if I come across a fic that even mentions Ethan, I hit Ctrl+F and tell it to find "Sunshine."
