Jenny Rebecca falls down stairs; Gus is blamed

Can someone give me a link to the fic where Gus is blamed for pushing Jenny Rebecca down the stairs. It was an accident. They are living in Toronto. I should know what fic this is but I can't remember.
I think there are flashbacks from Gus growing up. He stays with Brian/Justin during the summer and cries that he wants to stay with them and not go back to his mothers. When Gus is older Brian feels guilty for not getting Lindsay and Melanie to let Gus stay with him and Justin.
