Finding a Fic

HI, I read a story recently, but didn't bookmark it. The fic is about Brian sueing for custody of Gus - one scene that sticks in my mind is when Mel and Lindsay forget about Gus and go away overnight and Gus calls Brian all scared and Justin and Brian go and pick him up. There is some sense that the two women are all caught up in JR and have 'forgotten'about Gus. Help would be appreciated!
