post 507 where justin is hurt in bombing

So, I am looking for a post 507 fic.  In it, the bombing at Babylon still happens, but Justin is the one hurt.  While he is in the hospital, Brian learns that Justin intends to move to NYC (I think Daphne tells him).  At this point, I don't remember exactly what happens.  I think Justin does go to NYC but somehow he and Brain end up together.  Does this sound familiar to anyone?
