Brian almost dies after getting shot, (Brian's POV)

I've only read this story recently and was sure I bookmarked it, but now I can't find it.

Brian gets shot, (I don't remember the circumstances, but think they weren't made too clear in the story either), and he sees his life flashing by, starting from meeting Justin under that street light, lots of scenes of them together, also some from the future, and he knows that they would have had a happy life together, that he wouldn't have fucked it up, and for a moment that's enough and he's starting to let go, but when heaven promises that he can have everything he wants, all he can think is that he wants Justin and that life with him he saw and how else will Justin know how much he loves him? When he wakes up it turns out that he was in a coma for two weeks and will be ok.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
