FIC Search: B&J hide reunion

Looking for a fic where B&J hide their reunion.  I may be combining a couple stories, but I recall an accident and Justin is injuried.  Brian and the guys rush to the hospital where he tells the staff he is his partner to the shock of his friends.  When Justin is ready to leave he can barely move and is attached to Brian's back to help him down the hall when the entire gang attempts to rush them.

OK - I know that was a lot , but if you remember it and can provide a link or location I would appreciate it.
