Brian thinks that Justin is dead but he isn't

I just remembered a fic very vaguely, I'm not even sure if I made it up because I can't find it.

 

The only things I remember: It's years after the season finale, maybe an AU as well, but I don't think so. For some reason, Brian thinks that Justin is dead so he thinks that he went crazy when they meet again. I think it was important for the story that Brian kept one of Justin's paintings but I don't remember why.

I know it's almost nothing but maybe someone remembers, too.

Unfortunately the only link I found is posted to Across the Pond and it only has one chapter. When I know there were more than 6 last posted on another site. The Author is Misty. I hope that at least can help you edit your post and get the answer you're looking for. I love and miss that story.

Actually, I think I found it. Livejournal is a bit weird today, some links just don't seem to work but I found one link on Delicious.com "And you're the one vanishing" that rings a bell. I will edit this tomorrow or so when I'm sure.

the fic by Jule wasn't the one that I was thinking of, but I had read this fic as well, and enjoyed it.

I'll still look for the other one - though it was a WIP
