Hi! it's my first post here so i hope that i do it right
So i looking for a fic since  a few and i'm going to be crazy. what i remember it's justin's ex who kidnap him in the diner ( i think) and the important thing this he's suprise him by embrace by a certain way by behind like brian every time he come see justin. And after brian embrace justin by an other way , i think it's an AU with angst
i'm sorry but i'm french so if you don't understand i'll try an other eplanation

This is not Always, by AzureOpal.

Always is part of a trilogy about Justin and his son, Findlay. In this he was married, but his wife was killed when her brakes failed. He moves with his son from Chicago to Pittsburgh and meets Brian that way. This part has the scene where Ethan bashes him in front of Brian's place. There's no kidnapping in this story, or the others.

Agreed, it's the 'Sunshine' stories - I recognized this as soon as I read the precis. Loved that series, even though Justin is a bit wibbly...
