QAF/House MD crossover, Justin is allergic

I am a great fan of this community and I have seen how fast people can find things, so I'm hoping you guys can help me too.

I'm looking for a specific story that I can't completely remember the title for and this is bugging me terribly. My brain is saying House Call, but so far Google has let me down. It's a QAF/House MD crossover where Brian takes Justin to New Jersey because he is so sick. Eventually it turns out it's a new allergy, to Brian's new soap, and it's all solved. I can see the story in my head, but I can't even remember where I read it, so please guys, help!
