Justin holds back "I love you."

In this story, (I think this is a standalone) Justin is deliberately holding back saying "I love you" to Brian, I think, because he knows that it makes Brian feel uncomfortable.  One day when Justin and Brian are having sex, Justin almost says it, but stops himself, and is upset about having to hold back his feelings.  Brian eventually figures out what's wrong and tells Justin that he doesn't want him to hold back his feelings.
