post 513 fic told from roommates pov

Hi,
Im looking for a fic that is post 513 and told from justin's roommate pov
- it's a wip
- its set in ny
- the roomate is an original character
- the roommate has a musician boyfriend and their dynamic is kinda ike b/js relationship in the early years
- she fought with her boyfriend cause he called her a groupie or something like that.
- the roommate knows that justin has a boyfriend even though he has never explicitly told her so. That's cause she overhears the tone justin takes on when hes talking to brian on the phone. Something about it being exactly the way lovers speak to each other.

Sounds like Fate's Given Grace by Etharei. She wrote it for NaNo a couple of years ago, but never posted more than a few chapters. Sorry I don't have the link, it should be in her Rei of Writing community.
