Brian's plane crashes

I checked through the memories, AR, AU, and even Future, with no luck. I'm looking for 2 fics.

1.
What I remember about this fic is that Brian's plane crashes and everyone thinks he died, only Brian wasn't on the plane. I don't remember why, but Justin doesn't know about the plane crash. He finds out when 2 cops show up at the loft. Cynthia brings Brian's things from his office (he still worked at Ryder Advertising or maybe Vangard) to the loft. I think Ben and Michael show up, Ben stays with Justin, but Michael is too upset to stay. Brian comes home (rode a train from Chicago) to find Ben sitting on the floor of the loft and Justin asleep.

2.
This is an AU. Flights are delayed, Brian hooks up with a trick and ends up giving his plane ticket to Ethan who has been talking nonstop about getting back to his boyfriend, Justin. Brian wakes up in the airport hotel room with the trick and finds out the plane he was supposed to be on crashed. When he gets back to Pittsburgh, Brian hunts down Justin so he can apologize about Ethan and he and Justin end up together.

I remember the second fic, reading it on bjfic; but I have a vague memory of it never being completed. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I don't remember where I read it. It was probably on bjfic. I thought it was completed, but I could be wrong; it's been so long since I read it. Of course I also thought I had it saved on my computer, just haven't had any luck in my search.

This is going to really be no help at all, but you may not have read them and someone may have links.

1. It's a 9-11 fic. Brian missed his flight in Boston which is the one that crashed in PA and got another one which diverted somewhere so he buys a car and drives to the Pitts. Everyone's at Debbie's waiting for news. I'm sure it on the Moonshadow Tribe, but don't remember who wrote it.

2. Brian's on his way back from a business trip and his plane goes down. Later we find out they were rescued and they're all in Panama or Puerto Rico and Justin flies down to get Brian.

3. And in case you haven't read this one, there's also jane2005's Crisis (http://jane2005.livejournal.com/63015.html), which is a fic where Justin's plane crashes.

Thanks for the recs! I know I've read the first one, but I don't remember the name or the author either. I would like to read it again, even though I have a hard time reading 9/11 fics. I'll check the memories for 9/11 fics, but if anyone has a link, I would appreciate it.

The second one sounds familiar, but I may be remembering a different fic. The one I'm thinking of is where Brian's plane was hijacked and he ended up being held hostage with a few others. Justin fights the government using the press and eventually Brian and the others are rescued or set free, something like that. Is that the same one?

'Crisis' is one of my favorite fics. I have it saved so I can read it without having to search. ;)
