Moonshadow Woman, AU, Brian and Justin alternative meeting

So for the life of me, I remember nothing about this story other than a vauge description because I read it so long ago. Brian and Justin live across the lake from one another, I think Justin lives with Daphane. Also, at one point during the story, Brian has something like a panic attack I want to say. I also think Brian is out visiting the cabin. It's not actually his home. Does anyone know which story I'm talking about?
