Suprise visit and birthday

Hey all! I'm looking for two fics:

1. It's a one shot if I remember right. Justin works in The Diner and takes all possible shifts he can so he can get money for Brian's birthday present, a very expensive watch. On the birthday, Justin doesn't show up at the party and Brian opens his presents and when he opens the box where the watch is he really likes it. Everybody starts to wonder who gave it and then they find out that it's Justin. So Brian calls him and he founds out that Justin is in the hospital for hitting his head. I think I have this saved on my computer but can't find it. Does someone know the tittle of this? A link would alway be nice too in case if I don't have it on my computer.

2. It's post-513 and one shot I think. Justin lives in NY or Hollywood or somewhere and Brian goes there for suprise visit and when he gets inside he says something like "So are we gonna fuck or what?". That's all I remember.
