Brian's voyeuristic neighbors

getithereI looked through the "Voyeur" memories here, but couldn't find this one:
The story is told from the POV of a m/m couple who live in the building next to Brian. Soon after they move in, the one who works at home discovers that from the window next to his computer, he has a great view into Brian's loft. He enjoys watching the show as men come and go. His partner thinks it's wrong to watch, but he soon gives into temptation too.
Through their eyes, we see Justin become a more and more frequent visitor, etc. It was incomplete when I read it, and I'd love to go back and see if the author ever finished it.
