who runs the Moonshado Tribe Website?

is it Elsa Rose who also runs the Midnight Whispers Archive?

There's a long story as to why the names are so similar. Suffice it to say that a long time ago Elsa was part of Moonshadow. She kept the Moonshadow part of her name.
