Alternate Cancer Arc

I'm looking for a fic that has Brian getting cancer while Justin is with Ethan. I believe that only Mel knows and has Vic go with Brian to the hospital. The most pivotal scene is during a dinner at Deb's. Brian and Justin end up in the back yard and end up...fooling around?
