Anyone worth reading at slashcity.com?
Having become annoyed at bjfic and midnight whispers for different reasons, I'm looking to branch out. Anyone worth reading at slashcity.com? QAF-US only, please.
ETA: well, not exactly what I was asking for, but some interesting comments on alternative archives and places to look for stories.

I find much of my new reading here (getithere) and often by following one thread that leads me to another then another.
However, I probably wouldn't have bothered with slashcity except I found one story that I liked there, so I wanted to know if there was anything else of possibility there.
I don't find much new at across the pond. Rizabeau and Hephaistion Lo are the only people that I've *found* at ATP -- and what a tasty goldmine they are. But sadly nothing of that caliber or length of exposition.
And I've pretty much exhausted the BNF (big name fan) writers.

I can provide links if you need. Big Brian O also has an original fic ongoing (Vampire!Brian) that is wonderful.
Have you read "Lost and Found" at the Liberty Diner? It's one of my favorite fics (Brian with a brain tumor). Also "Broken Image" (Brian has a stroke). They've both been around for a long time. Besame_bj has some great fics on her site.
What authors do you consider BNF? That might help me make some more suggestions.

Start with "Swamp Fever". It's Brian/Other, and it's fantastic! Then there's the sequel "Burn", then an original fic called "Gone", and his latest WIP "Indifference", which is vampire!Brian and is amazing!
Lost and Found can be found here: http://www.thelibertydiner.net/LostandFound1.html
I can't remember the name of the author but it is a great story.
Enjoy!
