Brian cackling as a child?

All I remember from this fic is that a particular part (maybe the whole thing?) is POV. Someone imagines that Brian was probably the kind of kid who cackled while he ripped the wings off a butterfly or something. Ring a bell, anyone? I recall laughing my butt off when I read it and now I want to kick myself for not bookmarking it. Anywho, I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. :-)

Well I remember there is a scene in season 1 i think it was when Ted wants to take in Blake, and Brian says "Were you the type of kid who looked after injured butterflies?" And Ted retorts angrily "What did YOU do, rip their wings off?"
But Im afraid I dont know of any fic along those lines.... Maybe you were remembering that scene?
