Im looking for any fic where Brian (or justin) works himself to exhaustion maybe because he's trying to take care of everything or maybe for some other reason anything like that that anyones knows of? thanks

There's Vamphile's The End Done Right (http://www.valerielewis.net/bj/end1.html), where Justin works himself into what you could call a state of exhaustion. He's OCD and anorexic...very entertaining, even in the midst of the angst.
