B/J Fic: Justin working for Brian

Another fic made me think of this. In it, Justin is working in the art department (not sure if it's fulltime or just to help out or something) and discovers that the art director only puts forward work from particular artists that she likes. Justin suggests to Brian that for the next campaign, he makes a competition out of it and everyone is allowed to submit their work. Then, when everyone displays their work, the art director tries to push Brian towards those of her favorites and he gets pretty annoyed with her.
I think this is from a much longer story, but I can't for the life of me remember which one and it's driving me crazy!
