Hello!

This is what I remember:
- post-513 with Justin in NY
- an original female character with a child that Justin befriends (she lives in his building)
- Brian buys the building Justin lives in
- I read it on bjfic.net a year ago
- Brian pays Justins downstairs neighbor to play emo songs 24/7

I hope someone remembers what I'm talking about. Any help finding it would be really appreciated.
