It's by a great writer by the name of Grover. It's still a work in progress, but I have to say all his works are great, finished or WIP. You can find this story and others at http://grover301.tripod.com/index.html. I love his stories, especially Agoraphobia, which is also a WIP. His work can be found in Midnight Whispers too.
