Looking for a fic please

I need your help to find a fic I read a long time ago, here the story

Justin and Brian broke up for awhile and Justin is living in NY(maybe) and with someone named Jonathan (Not sure) but they go back together to Pittsburgh
Brian and Justin get back together and Jonathan and Justin are friends

Justin have an accident and he is in a coma, He awake to find out that he was in a coma for 2 years (or more not sure)
Brian was with him when Justin awoke, they do small talk but Justin see a ring in Brian's finger and learns that Brian is married with another man named Collin (not sure)

Ring any bell??

I'm not very good in English so maybe I'm not clear :) but if you know this fic please tell me where I can find it

you were right!!! It wass this one!!!
At first, I just saw "forever young" and it didn't seem like the one I search same for the sequel but
esmaro link the charpter when Justin find out about Brian and Collin and it's really this one!!!! :)
