So, I remembered a random scene (really, can't even call it that) from a story I can't remember.

In it, Brian and Justin were getting ready for something important (I want to say signing papers or something similiar, but I'm not sure). Brian was taking forever. Then someone says (Justin, I think) that both Brian and Justin put on the clothes they were wearing the night they met.

I have no idea what the rest of the story was about, but I liked that scene.

I'm remembering that scene ... it's like it's right there on the tip of my memory but I can't quite recall it! I'll think some more and let you know if it comes to me! :)

Could it be the scene in front of Babylon (with guests sitting outside in the evening) where Brian and Justin do their meeting over again(the clothes, the lamppost, the exact words they spoke then)as part of their commitment/wedding ceremony. I think it was in a final chapter of a longer story. Emmett is organizer of the party and Jennifer is a bit embarrassed about the boldness of Justin in the past.
Sorry, no help on the title or writer but maybe someone else recognizes it now.

No, the scene wasn't redone at all. They were in the loft, and I think Justin made some snark about Brian taking hours to just pick out a black shirt and jeans (and then I think Justin's outfit is described).
