Mixed realities?

Ok this request is kind of strange... and maybe hard to explain.
I read "Extraordinary Day" recently and was wondering if there was anything similar. In that one Gale wakes up in the show - but QAF is real and he tries to live Brian's life for a day. Anything else like that? Where charecters end up in "reality" or vice versa - Gale or Randy entering the show and the QAF-verse is "reality".

Hope that makes sense. I think I have heard a name for this genre/type of fic but I can't recall it.
