After the End

Im looking for a fic that I read a while back and want to reread and recommend to a friend.

It's a post 513 fic where Justin is living in NY.  10 years later Deb dies and he goes back to Pittsburgh after he funeral.  If I remember correctly he wasnt there at the actual funeral but came a few weeks later.  (I got a link to another fic that isn't the one I'm looking for, but is 10 years later and Justin is going to Debs grave, so maybe Im confusing that part with this fic... either way, everything else is right, I think)
He hasnt spoken to Brian since he left (or a couple years later or something) and when he gets back they go back and forth during the whole fic over whether they are friends, or f**king, or even speaking.  The whole fic is really really angsty and all the way to the very last paragraph you dont think they are gonna be together again.

I remember in the last chapter they are at the airport and Justin is about to go back to NY alone. Brian says he has to go to the bathroom or something and when he comes back he has a plane ticket and says he's moving there with Justin.  

If anyone can help me find this Id be forever grateful.  Ive been searcing for a long time, but never found it again.  I think it was on LJ (not bjfic.net or midnightwhispers), if that helps.

UPDATE: I was mixing up 2 stories.  The one with Deb's funeral was found by delvalmom

No... that's not it. But it does have parts of the fic that I was thinking about, so maybe i'm confusing two fics.

I WAS mixing up those 2 stories, but I was right in thinking that he came back bc of something about Debbie.

I def recommend this fic, if you like angst. I think the first time I read it I cried during like every chapter
