Au - Fic

I'm looking for a specific AU Fic, in which Brian is a dotor (a surgeon) I believe. Justin is a male nurse. They don't like each other to much in the beginning. Justin is with Ethan, and Brian sees them breaking up on the street.
They fuck once, than become kind of friends, with Brian picking Justin up at home and driving him to work, instead of Justin taking the bus. Gradually the grow into an relationship, but they don't talk about it much, in the end Brian is offered another job in another city, and Justin is not sure if Brian would want him to come with him. (Of course he does!)

I don't remember a name or an author. I know it's not Pulse Point by Xie Xie Xie. I have just reread that and it put me in the mood to read this other story. Anyone got an idea, which it is? I would be so thankful!!
