Half the world was sleeping

Some time ago, I read "Half The World Was Sleeping" on I think QAF Challenges. It seemed to be part one, with more to follow. Was there any more ever written?

Answer in comments--but unfortunately, the next chapter has not yet made an appearance.

I asked this same thing a few months ago, I think. The author commented and said something to the effect of watch my writing journal, I'm going to try to have something out in the next month I think.
