Ok, looking for a story where Brian and Justin decided to fight for custody of Gus. Brian's attorney does some digging and finds out Mel and Lindz never filed the papers where Brian signed his rights away to Gus so Mel could adopt him. That's the main plot point that is standing out for me.
Any help finding this would be wonderful.

an easy way to organize bookmarks...

I just found out about this site, delicious.com, and it is sooo easy to tag bookmarks and organize them in whatever detailed manner you want!

I just started to go through the million bookmarks I have so my list is far from 'complete', however here's my page if you want to look at an example: http://delicious.com/kitimmer

I had despaired of ever getting my bookmarks organized, until now- so I thought I'd share!

That is incredibly helpful! The only downside is they're still links. I've gotten paranoid recently with a number of early fandom writers and site maintainers taking their work/sites off-line and then, if you don't have the actual fic saved, the link isn't going to do you a bit of good. ;)

Thanks for the info! I agree with Court, I'm just gonna start saving fics. I still need to organize though.
